1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mazren Labs ("we", "us") covering the Spin-It mobile game, this website and any related services (together, the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play Spin-It. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.

3. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Game or any part of it, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Accounts

• A guest account is created when you first open the Game. You may upgrade it by signing in with Google or Apple so your progress follows you between devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google or Apple account secure and for everything that happens under your Spin-It account.
• Your display name and Muzu's appearance are shown to other players. Do not use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone's rights. We may change or remove such names without notice.
• You can delete your account, and all the data it holds, at any time from Profile in the Game. See Delete account. Deletion is permanent.

5. Purchases

• The Game is free to play. The Pro upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks premium content and removes ads. Additional paid items may be offered in future.
• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may vary by country. We do not process payments and never see your payment details.
• Pro is linked to the store account that bought it. If you reinstall or change devices, use Restore purchases in the Game to recover it.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Pro and any in-game items are a licence to use content within the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and end if the Game is discontinued or your account is terminated for breach of these Terms.

6. Advertising

The free version of the Game may show advertisements served by third parties. We do not control the content of those ads, and an advertiser's presence in the Game is not an endorsement. The Pro upgrade removes ads.

7. Fair play and conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use hacks, mods, bots, scripts, emulator tricks or any automated play;
• tamper with the Game's data, scores, purchases or communications with our servers;
• interfere with other players' experience or with the operation of the Game;
• use the Game for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms us, other players or third parties;
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.

If you discover a bug, please tell us at mazren.labs@gmail.com instead of exploiting it.

8. Leaderboards and seasons

• Leaderboards and season standings are provided for fun. We decide how scores are calculated and ranked and may change the rules between seasons.
• We may remove, correct or reset any entry we believe is inaccurate, implausible, obtained by cheating, or attached to an inappropriate name or image.
• Seasons run on a schedule we set and may be shortened, extended, paused or ended. Standings are not guaranteed to be preserved after a season closes.
• There are no cash prizes. Any in-game rewards are subject to section 5.

9. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, level designs, mechanics, artwork, Muzu and other characters, music, sound, text and the Spin-It name and logo, is owned by Mazren Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Game, you agree that we may use them freely, without payment or attribution.

Solve shares generated by the Game (text and images describing a solve) may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Changes to the game and to these terms

We are always working on the Game. We may add, change or remove features, levels, seasons, items and modes, and we may update the app or require an update to keep playing. We may also change these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will let you know in the Game or on this page. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.

11. Termination

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, or your access to parts of the Game such as leaderboards, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Where reasonable, we will give notice. Sections 9 and 12 to 14 survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that progress will never be lost. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazren Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and USD 20. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Mazren Labs against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Before starting a claim, please contact us; most issues can be sorted out by email.

15. App store terms

These Terms are between you and Mazren Labs, not Apple or Google. If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge that:

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
• If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the Game, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Your use of the Game must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
